We can’t say enough about the flavor of this variety. We specialize in gourmet strawberries that have exquisite flavor and aroma. The hybrid variety that comes closest to this legendary flavor is Fairfax. We are reintroducing it to home gardeners. We will have a very limited supply this year but hope to significantly increase production in the future. Order a few when they are available and get started. I believe that you will find as I have that hybrid strawberries can taste good.
