Please note that the fruit appears to be pink in our photo. The side of the fruit exposed to the sun gets a blush pink color. When the fruit is under the leaves or the plants are grown with some shading the fruit will be white.

This variety tends to be very susceptible to a disease called leaf scorch. We are using biological organic fungicides to control it but these fungicides are not as effective on this disease as we would like.
